5、the machine has many-layers for working layers, and many heating layers, and one vacuum pump ,every heating layer works independently

6、It need 1-4 hours one time for PVB laminating glass of the machine;

7、Produce cost of PVB Laminating glass is near that of EVA laminating glass (5mm+5mm glass PVB laminating cost is 1.3- -2 kW*hour)

8、PVB film is same to others of using in autoclave .

9、PVB laminating machine can laminating glass with fabric;

10、PVB laminating machine can also laminating safety glass with EVA film.

12）A hub is available for connecting control set and working set. All wires in between control-set, hub and working set are collected inside protect pipes or cables

3）70% of order value: paid by T/T

4）Delivery after receiving full payment

5）Training in our factory: factory will provide free training to machine operators but trainees will fund themselves for all travel expenses including foods, transportation and accommodation expenses

6）If we installation the machine and training the operator at the your company, the all travel expenses including foods, transportation and accommodation will fund by your company. for 2 persons
